Open Water Diver Certification Course :

Our beginning scuba certification class prepares you for real-world diving situations and allows you to go on organized dive trips, rent gear and tanks, get air fills, etc.
This is a basic course in Scuba Diving that includes classroom instruction and pool training.  The objective of the course is to make you a comfortable and safe scuba diver, and providing a fun and pleasant learning experience. The class size is limited to only eight students so you get more personal attention and effective instruction can be achieved! In this manner, you will have ample opportunity to practice the required skills and become comfortable in the water prior to your first excursion to the real word of diving.

The Open Water Diver Certification Course is taught in two parts:

Part One consists of classroom and pool instruction. In this course you learn the why and how of diving. In the classroom, we teach you the basic theory of scuba diving and then in the pool, you will learn the various proper scuba diving techniques.

Part Two is the Open Water Diver Training. This part involves four or five supervised open water dives over two days, where a professionally certified instructor evaluates your skills in an actual diving environment. The purpose behind Open Water Diver Training is to put everything you learned in the classroom and pool together. Your skills are evaluated, and you get a chance to further build your confidence, and experience diving in an actual environment. We will arrange diving at local destinations throughout the year. For more information, please contact us or your instructor. Upon successful completion of your training, a certification card is issued to you. The card is recognized worldwide and has no expiration date.

Prerequisites for taking the Open Water Certification course: A reasonably proficient swimmer who is comfortable and relaxed in the water. Mature attitude and good judgment. Overall health should be good, particularly with regard to circulatory and respiratory systems.
